Privacy notice

What this covers

This notice explains how Slide.pub handles data on slide.pub and app.slide.pub, including account access, presentations, source files, AI and subscriptions. Contact the service operator at ishironin@gmail.com for privacy questions, a copy of your data or deletion.

Your account

Google sign-in provides your name, email address and an account identifier. Email sign-in uses a one-time link that expires after five minutes. We store a hashed verification token, session information, language and your selected pricing region. We use this information to sign you in, protect access and deliver account messages.

Presentations and files

We store the presentations, revisions, uploaded sources and images you choose to add. Original source files are private. Invited editors can access a presentation and its sources; each person’s AI conversation remains private. A public link exposes the saved slides and their displayed images, not the source documents or chats. Anyone holding an enabled public link can view it. An author-approved fork copies slides and used images, not documents or conversations.

AI processing

When you use AI, the relevant messages, slide content, source excerpts and rendered slide images are sent through the configured AI provider so it can respond, compose or review your slides. During this public testing stage, the provider is OpenCode Go and its selected model providers. Manual editing does not send your work to AI. Check generated content before relying on it.

Google Slides access

Export requests separate access to create and manage files used with this app (drive.file). We use that permission to create your exported presentation and locate an earlier export from the same job. We do not request access to browse all your Drive files. OAuth tokens are encrypted in the database. You can revoke access in your Google Account. Slide.pub’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Payments and delivery

Timeweb Cloud hosts the service, database and private object storage. Resend delivers sign-in links and service messages. Lava handles subscription checkout and payment details; Slide.pub stores the subscription identifier, payment status, amount, currency and billing periods, not card numbers. Each provider processes the information necessary to perform its service; some processing takes place outside your country.

Optional analytics

With your consent, Yandex Metrika measures visits and product steps, such as creation, AI use, export and verified payment. Session replay is enabled only on the landing page, never in the editor or presentation viewer. We do not send slide or chat text, document contents, file names, email addresses or private link tokens to analytics. Payment conversions use a pseudonymous analytics client identifier when available. You can reject analytics and continue using the product.

Storage, cookies and control

Essential cookies keep you signed in and remember your language. Local drafts help recover unsaved changes. Optional analytics uses separate consent. Data remains while your account or shared presentation needs it; deletion requests are handled through the contact address. Recovery copies rotate on a seven-day schedule. Some payment and security records may need to be retained to resolve disputes or meet applicable obligations. Access is restricted, traffic uses HTTPS, and backups support recovery.
